CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM STATEMENT, AS I’M NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION?

this is basically a brain teaser where u have to think of measuring 15 min
and u dont have a clock and have 2 hr glass
one which drains in 11 min and other in 7 min

think of how u can do it
think like u would start inverting both at the same time then one will be empty in 7 min other would still be left with 4 min ( 11-7) and then u have to somehow add 11 more minutes to get total 15 min
