in last while,i has not been declaredd ebcause this while is out of for,then why not it is showing w==error?

You have declared i in line no 14, before the beginning for loop, thts why no error.

but we have notincremented it,enither have we initalised it then how come it shows no error

No, because of while loop used, it wont show the error.
