in the 1st test case
for the cab ride choose c3 option, cost = 7
for the 2nd rikshaw ride choose the c2 option, cost=3
for the 1 st riskshaw ride choose the c1 option, cost =2 for 2 ride( 1+1)
hence the tot cost = 7+3+2= 12

for the 2nd test case
choose the c4 option
