sir said that Log(10^18) = 18 because base is 10
is time complexity calculated in base 10 always
in this course ???

Time complexity is calculated in base 2, but the thing is whether we calculate in base 10 or base 2, the difference in time complexity is not that much even for 10^18, for base 2 the time complexity will be ~60 and for base 10 it is 18. According to the perspective of time complexity this difference is not much, so we take it to just get a rough idea
