Declare row and col arrays with size after you have taken input for n or it just picks up some garbage value for n initially before you take the input and allocates memory according to it.
Also , your approach is wrong. You should simply find the max difference in rows and max difference in cols seperately as the two are independent of each other.
Multiply that and that is your final answer. Your current method gives wrong answers as the its not necessary that the maximum gap in rows and columns would occur at the same indices.
