General doubt in DS
Yes, you can. It’s an excellent IDE and the community version is free. I personally use VSCode and Jupyter Notebooks (For ML/DL). PyCharm can sometimes be overwhelming but an excellent IDE still.
But remember, you’ll run into much less issues if you follow the environment used by the instructor.
