The only way out is that you have to read more blogs and learn basic kotlin. To be honest if you have interest in android development or you have knowledge of the field already than only proceed further. Else try to focus on machine learning and deep learning part.
Doing one thing in the perfect way is better than doing hundred of things in a normal way.
