Finding cb numbers

so by the 3rd point in the problem statement, can i say that cb numbers are prime numbers or a number is a cb number if it is not divisible by the above mentioned numbers in step 2 of the problem

this is exactly what u can infer an not the other one, it might be a combination of digits such that it is not divisble by the numbers in step 2
but still may not be a prime number (might be a case)
