Finding cb number

sir/mam,
can you please tell me how can i check whether a number is a substring or superstring of another cb number and how can we check the divisibility criteria from 2 to 29.

If you have made a CB number out of the given string then any part of that substring which makes the CB number, should not be considered again for another CB number.
You can check any part of string for divisibility by converting it into integer and then dividing it and checking its remainder.
