I am finding the highest power of 2 and also my logic is correct. Why all the test cases are failing? I think the answers are wrong? How can the output for 100000 be 6 (Test case 0)

your solution is partially correct.
after find the hioghest power , u need to repeat the same procedure on remaining number.
until that number becomes 0.
