i didnot understand second for loop and implimentation of data members of class.

The second for loop is a range based for loop.
You can read about it here: https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/range-based-loop-c/

It will iterate over the elements of the list present at index i, sequentially.
for( int(i.e. data type of elements stored in list) nbr(variable to store value) : l[i](list present at the ith index) )
