Companies hire on basis of either DSA or your development skills. Some company hires on basis of both. You have to choose which development area suits you. It can be webD, android , ML or cloud computing or any development you like. Based on your matter of interest you can apply for any of them.

As far as this challenge that you have mentioned above seems to be of Web Development, where you have to create a front-end User interface. You can choose any development that you like, and start doing it. You can do it from coursera, udemy, youtube, google docs. You should do both DSA as well as any Development to make sure you land in a good company.
