Error when trying to open browser

I am getting the error when I am trying to open the browser through selenium and web driver. getting the error “PERMISSION DENIED”
even I am passing the path of my webdriver file also.

Hello Tanu, pls check the settings of your browser may be it is blocking the opening of window automatically.
