here we have to find minimum flow so why is it if(flow > residualCapacity[u][v]){ in line 66 and not flow < residualcapacity[u][v]

Here we are finding the minimum value of the variable “flow” so if the value of “flow” is greater than residualCapacity[u][v] we will reduce its value to residualCapacity[u][v]
