Eclipse not able to run on my latop

my laptop is i5-8th gen 8GB ram and 1TB HD but everytime I download the exe file for eclipse it gets downloaded but when I click on the downloaded exe file it does not get open. Nothing happens after clicking on it there is no response

You can reinstall java eclipse using the instructions mentioned in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRZZUzqJ7S0&t=1s
