Doubt related load factor

how to find load factor in the following question:
if we insert 99 element to a hash table only 33 slots ,then the value of load factor

You needn’t find/use load factor in this question. This question is simply about manipulating and understanding the given hash function.

Hint: We know every time a number repeats, it is given a new hash value, which is equal to the number of distinct numbers occurred till now.
