There are a lot of challenges sections in this course. Like challenges fundamentals - 1, challenges fundamentals 2 and so on. There are same challanges on hacker blocks. So both are different or same ? From where I have to solve these challenges (from course sections or on the hacker blocks)?

Follow the challenges section in your coursework, u can refer to hackerblock challenges for extra practice

This doubt is cleared but there is one more query that suppose if I look at the solution or hint videos then will it affect my score?
If u solve first and get full marks and then look then it wont affect your score but if do it before solving then it will affect your marks

No there is no specific time limit except the course deadline.
If your course ends and then u solve any question then it wont be counted as far as I know
