Doubt in SQL regarding brackets and quotes

Sir i have two doubts in SQL
first is that after we create a table when we write an attribute for example Name char (20)
so here is 20 to be enclosed in () or in []
and second doubt is that after we write
WHERE Name = ‘Ram’
so Ram has to enclosed in single quotes or double quotes?

  1. while creating table, you can mention column attributes using () bracket.
  2. for your second doubt i.e where Name=‘Ram’
    you can use either single quotes or double quotes both will work fine.
