Doubt In Passing The Function

Sir,I couldn’t get how we passed the value to the function…
Is it like we passed the address of the array…Could you please share a pdf or a video where in i can refer to passing of functions…Sometimes we pass ‘int &p’ sometimes we pass “int *p”…Can you please tell the difference as well.
