So what is the difference between DNF sort and this sort why I was getting that error ?

And when I looked at its solution video then according to that video my code is correct but not behaving in the way I want it to be. Why is it so ?

Ok so I think the problem is not with variables but the problem is with if - else if - else statements. I was using only if blocks that was my mistake.
