I’m also interested in predicting property prices with machine learning! Where can I read more about that? I work in the real estate market and make a lot of investments. It would be excellent to be able to predict the prices of real estate in a certain area using a program that takes into consideration multiple factors.
I often have to work with real estate companies like Mortgage Advisor London, and it would help a lot if I knew at least the approximate price of the property I want to invest in.
In other words, what are the practical possibilities of this technology?
