Doubt in Binary search

Sir I’m not getting the sketch that how sir says that

  1. like in 45123 how they think that mid can be between 4,5. or mid can be in between 1 to 3

  2. how sir says that if mid lies between 4 and 5 the from 4 to mid-array are sorted. and if mid lies at 2 then array from 2 to 3 are sorted

Can u plz explain sir

@Royal_Yashasvi see the graph in first half left part is sorted and in right part later end .
