Doubt in Accuracy of Linear Regression Single Variable Challenge

Hello,
I am facing problem in finding the accuracy of Linear Regression Hardwork Problem. On implementing it from sctrach, I get the value of parameters thetha(0) as 0.3xx and slope as 80.xx which gives me an accuracy of about 2%.
Again on implementing it through sckit library , i get th parameters as 3.xx and 80.xx thereby giving me a score of 97%. but when i again submit the assignment i get accuracy only 2%. Help is much appreciated.
Where am i going wrong?
