@professor in this problem you have to check that given array is first decreasing and then increasing or not. Also not that increasing or decreasing part can be empty as well.
Examples:

  1. A={1,2,3,4} here decreasing part is empty ans increasing part is {1,2,3}.
  2. A={4,1,2,6} here 4,1 is decreasing and then 2,6 is increasing.
  3. A={1,3,2,4} here 1,3 is increasing but at 2 it decreases! so array is not of required form!
