In this problem:

  1. There are two types of vehicles:
    1.1. Rickshaw
    1.2. Cab

  2. There are four types of fairs:
    2.1. c1: is cost for one ride on any of the one vehicle.
    2.2. c2: is cost of unlimited rides on any of the one vehicle.
    2.3. c3: is cost of unlimited rides on either all rickshaw or all cabs.
    2.4. c4: is cost of unlimited rides on any of the vehicles.

  3. You have to optimize the total cost of travel.
