Counting Sort Problem with test case

Can someone tell me whats wrong with my code. I have tried it on many test cases and it works except the one on coding blocks.

hey @prajwalbakshi, just make a small change, in line 18 make while (i < 1000000) instead of while (i < 1000).

It worked. I guess due to the 1000000 being 1000 the loop never scanned the whole array. Thanks for the help.
