did not get the compare function and what two values are going to passed to the function and how they are being passed
Compare function
@Gurjot hey bro comparator is use for manual comparison,so that we can compare elements in lpower bound function according to our need ,it take two arguments and gretare or less sign are use to compare ,as we want one index less than searching element so define our own comparator with sign <= for two elements and pass it as third argument ,and lower bound function work acc to that comparator by comparing each two elements.
