Code showing different output from expectations

I was trying to collage challenge and i have almost completed it but I am not getting output as expected.Please look on it and I am not able attach two images here so i am attaching only output image so can you tell can i submit this image file’s csv or not

To understand the issue , i need to have a look at your code.
So can you please provide me a link to your code ,like you can upload it github or drive and share me its link. So that i can run it and understand it more easily.
