Circular maximum sum

I didn’t understand the question properly, in the output explanation why are the digits positions changed? this wasn’t mentioned in the question

Circular sub array means that you can select a prefix and suffix of the array.
or you visualise the array as a circle by connected end and start point. now you have to get the maximum sum subarray.
