I’m sorry but your doubt is not clear to me. What do you mean by ‘how the pattern is observed?’ Are you not able to see the question?

Actually I am not able to understand the logic behind the pattern.

In the given pattern for every odd number row print 1 odd number of times (1, 3, 5…) and for every even number row (0, 2, 4…) , print first and last character as 1 and rest of middle characters as 0.
