CB numbers under strings

In the instructions it is given that 0 and 1 are not CB numbers but in the example . --> 81615 and the ans for this is 61 and 5.
i am a little bit confused because the ans also includes 1 so how could it be a CB number.

You might have understood the question wrong.

It says:

  1. 0 and 1 are not a CB number. i.e.
    number 0 and 1 are not CB numbers
    But, 61 is another number that have 1 as a digit in it.

  2. 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29 are CB numbers.i.e.
    Any of the above mentioned numbers are surely be CB numbers.

  3. Any number not divisible by the numbers in point 2( Given above) are also CB numbers. i.e.
    if any number is divisible by at least any one of the number mentioned in point 2 then it is not a CB number.
    Example: 4 is divisible by 2. and 60 is divisible by 2, 3 and 5.
    So, they are not CB numbers.
    But, 61 is not divisible by any of the number mentioned in point 2. So, 61 is a CB number.
