Cannot get accuracy of 97% In neural nets after training till 8000 epochs

I cannot get the accuracy of of 97 after even trainning till 8000 epochs.
In the online video 97% accuracy was acheived after only 500 epochs.
Also I cannot installl the visualise module.
Can anyone help?

Jupyter Notebook runs on your localhost, means that this link will only work on your laptop/system.
If you want to post your code, first upload it on github and then share that link.
