you have not initialized ptr with anything thus ptr is initialized with NULL value . and since while condition is while(ptr!==NULL) thus while is never executed and thus not outputting any result

you are using strtok() in wrong way
refer this tutorial :
actually you dont’t have to use strtok for this question
you just need to loop through the string and break the word whenever u encounter a uppercase letter
