In the question u will given a number q and then next q lines will contain two integers.

u need to tell the sum of count of set bit for all the numbers between the two given integers.

example.
1 ( value of q)
1 3 ( we need to tell sum of set bits in number 1 to 3)
i.e
number of set bit in 1 -> 1
number of set bit in 2-> 1
number of set bit in 3-> 2
sum will be 1+1+2 so we will print 3.
