Can I open test cases and editorial solution after correct submission?

So I have correctly submitted an answer and received 100 points. I wanted to compare my code to the editorial solution but it says I’ll have to forego my points.
Is that neccessary?

if you have received 100 points then u can check editorial and test cases no point will be deducted.
