please explain printing at kth level, as in video am not able to get about how the required level (k=3) will be k==1

Hey,we are subtracting k for each level starting from root.So,when we will reach the 3rd level k will be 1( for root ,k=3 for its child k=2 and for 3rd level k is 1).
