You only called the utility function for the root node. There were no recursive calls or any others calls for the rest of the tree.

but i created new node for left and right subparts of root node

I am talking about the utility function that you called in Line No. 74. The function makes no recursive calls to the left or the right subtrees and there aren’t any other calls to it the remaining code either. Only the root gets evaluated and the rest of the tree is not considered for the bottom view print.
