I M NOT ABLE TO SOLVE BITMASKING QUESTIONS ON CODEFORCES OR IT TKES A LOT OF TIME CAN YOU PROVIDE SOME VIDEOS SOLUTION IF CODEFORCES PROBLEMS?

You do-not have any doubt related to the question for which your raised doubt?
If you are finding difficulty in solving problems on Bitmask I can only suggest you to solve more problems, start with easyones on the topic, like Div 2 A, then B, then C, read their editorials or AC codes.
Their is a webinar by Prateek sir on BitMasking you can see that.
