i didnt understand how at time strap we do positioning

think it as a 2D coordinate system.
the point whose position we need to figure out has

  1. row = the previous row of (i,j), means (i-1)th row
    2.column = same column as point (x,y)… means yth column.

so its position is (i-1,y)
