seriously whole this topic is poorly explained, need some better faculty to explain it. Please do not change faculties.

if our matrix is n*m (i.e n rows and m column) then end (in the video) corresponds to last index of row and last index of column.

for example
if matrix is 4 X 5
then for top left corner (i,j)
i and j will be as follows
i -> 0 to 3
j -> 0 to 4
