Assignment not getting tick in the list

i have given correct solution and all test cases are working but still i cannot get the green tick on my course list.
is it because i have downloaded the test cases? if yes, then how do i resolve this?

@tusharnitharwal If you download the test cases you will not be awarded points and not get a green tick.
