Arrange character frequency
u need two maps
first map to keep character count
next is counts-> having those characters
then one by one, iterate over the string, first print the character and then its count from the map
next up, u start iterating, if current character is x>y shift it to left and print it, and remove it from the map and then move ahead if not then do not remove, and we will print it at the end
then print characters whose count is same as given number
and then print the characters which have lesser frequency
