"ALL INDICES PROBLEM" does not open for me

I submitted the code , got 100 . then unlocked editorial . now all indices problem page doesn’t open for me

Please hard refresh the page once using “ctrl + shift + R”, if still you are unable to open this problem, then please respond to this thread.
