Accuracy is low

I am getting an accuracy of 69% in my submission. How can I increase the accuracy of my model. Link to my ipynb is:

Hey @anshuljain, you are doing great you achieved 69% now try increasing value of k (odd value not more than 17) in any case. And make submissions for them and check results.
