if 5 is written as 29 zeros followed by 101 in binary, shouldnt its 2s compliment have 29 1s and then 010?

2’s complement of a binary number is found by complementing all the bits and then adding 1 to the resultant number
Ex:-
5 is 00000000000000000000000000000101
2’s complement of 5 will be 11111111111111111111111111111010 + 1 = 11111111111111111111111111111011
